IFPO Fire Safety Management Certificate

The IFPO Fire Safety Management Certificate is an internationally recognised Fire Safety qualification ideally suited to Facility Managers, Health & Safety practitioners and those already qualified to NEBOSH (or similar) standards. It covers all of the essentials for implementing an effective Fire Safety Management system to satisfy the requirements of new fire safety legislation. The course comprises four, two-day training modules including:

On completion of the course, delegates will be able to interpret Fire Safety Legislation and its requirements, implement an effective Fire Safety Management structure and Fire Warden scheme identify and control major fire hazards by setting up a programme of inspections and audits, confidently conduct effective Fire Risk Assessments and maintain fire records and documentation as well as compile a suitable fire emergency plan.

4 x 2 day training modules

On successful completion of 4 module exams, delegates will be awarded the Institute of Fire Prevention Officers - Fire Safety Management Certificate

Candidates will also receive their first years Technician Membership of the IFPO free. This provides a years subscription to the IFPO Journal and the opportunity to join the IFPO and network with other Fire Professionals.
